Shipping
Most in-stock orders leave our shop within one business day, excluding holidays. A few items need extra handling time; when a product page says “allow up to 72 hours,” that timing applies.
Preorders ship once they are released. If your order includes preorder and in-stock items, we ship everything together when the preorder arrives. Need the in-stock items sooner? Place a separate order or contact us before ordering to discuss split shipping.
Every order is packed with care to help your vinyl, CDs, cassettes, and collectibles arrive safely. Tracking is emailed as soon as it is on its way.
30-Day Returns
We want you to feel confident ordering from Best Coast Music. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in the same condition in which they were received.
- Items must include their original packaging, inserts, and any included accessories.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Opened or unsealed vinyl records, CDs, and cassettes are eligible for return only when defective.
Starting a Return
Please contact us before sending anything back. Email bestcoastmusic531@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. If approved, we will send return instructions. Items sent without approval cannot be accepted.
Once a return is authorized, please send it within 10 business days and package it securely. Damage that occurs during return shipping can affect eligibility for a refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order promptly. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work toward a fair solution. For approved store errors or defects, we provide a prepaid return label.
Return Shipping and Refunds
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Once we receive and inspect an approved return, eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days after delivery of the return for processing on our end; banks and card issuers can take additional time.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled or changed before they are fulfilled. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but an eligible item may be returned under this policy.
