Hand Habits - Blue Reminder [LP]

Blue Reminder, the latest album from Meg Duffy of Hand Habits, is a deeply personal exploration of what it means to welcome joy after hardship. Known for their work with artists like Kevin Morby and Perfume Genius, Duffy now fully steps into the spotlight, delivering their most confident and emotionally resonant songs to date.

Driven by themes of vulnerability, self-acceptance, and romantic love, Blue Reminder pairs classic songwriting with richly textured arrangements. The lead single, “Wheel of Change,” is a radiant anthem of transformation, while the album moves gracefully through moments of introspection, warmth, and resolve.

Blue Reminder is more than a collection of songs—it’s a testament to growth, community, and the strength found in embracing imperfection.
